Shipping methods and rates

We ship your orders via USPS Priority Mail(2-3 days) or Express Mail(overnight).
For US customers, shipping/handling charges starts from $10 for Priority Mail and $20 for Express mail depending on the weight.
For Canadian customers, shipping/handling charges start from $16 for Priority Mail and $24 for Express Mail.
For customer in other country, shipping/handling charges start from $20 for Priority Mail and $25 for Express Mail.
All inventory items are normally shipped within 48 hours of payment verification.

Returns and exchanges

Your delivery is usually received within 3 days from the ship date indicated on your invoice, allowing ample time for all exchanges.

We will accept return items in its original package for up to 14 days from the date of shipment indicated on your invoice. Shoes must be unused and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange if soiled.

The purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all exchanges and refunds. Original shoe boxes should be unmarked and shipped in an outer box to protect them from damage.

We recommend that you always try your new shoes on over a soft, clean surface. This will help prevent soiling the suede soles of the shoes.

If orders are returned to us outside the required 14 day period and are in good condition, an $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless other arrangements have been agreed upon by us. No returns will be accepted beyond a 30 day maximum period. PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND. Exchanges for available sizes or store credit is ok. Sale item returns for refund that are accepted for any reason will be subject to $6.00/pair return and restocking fees.

Please protect your return shipments by obtaining a tracking number with all deliveries. We cannot be responsible for lost return items.
